Economizers by Technotherm are available in several design variations. In many situations, more than one economizer tube bundle is contained in a single structure or even combined in a structure with a superheater tube bundle.

Tubes, fins, and casings are made of carbon steel or of a suitable alloy materials based on temperature application. Depending on service requirements, economizers incorporate either solid or serrated type, continuously resistance welded fins of varying material grades. Special design features isolate pressure welds from the gas stream and header configurations can be designed to meet the customers piping requirements.
